When the Mind Won’t Sit Still: Buddhism and the Art of Managing Stress

Drawing on her extensive therapy experience and understanding of Buddhist teachings, DeeDee (a retired Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), will delve into the distinctions between worry, stress, and anxiety. She'll examine how these emotions connect to core Buddhist concepts, and will provide valuable insights to enhance your emotional well-being. Don't miss the chance to learn how to transform challenges into opportunities for peace and resilience.

This event will be held live via Zoom on January 30th at 2pm PST.
